Marina Vienna

Biography

Marina Vienna is a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor with over thirty years of experience in business consulting and managing extraordinary corporate transactions. She specializes in M&A, corporate restructuring, structured finance, business valuations, and reindustrialization processes, advising companies, investors, and institutions on complex operations and corporate transformation projects.

She is the founder of the Vienna Firm and holds executive and oversight roles in several companies.

She serves on the Board of Directors of Cherry Bank S.p.A., where she is also Chair of the Risk Control Committee.

In addition to her professional practice, Marina is active in teaching and participates in training programs and conferences on corporate finance, extraordinary transactions, and crisis management.
