Mario Buzzelli

Biography

Mario has gained his professional experience in major Italian tax advice firms. He focuses on corporate taxation (national and international), Mergers & Acquisitions, corporate restructuring with particular regard to tax consultancy services in transactions involving Private Equity Funds. He also assists clients on transfer pricing matters.

He has developed specific expertise on company valuations and intangible assets and has gained experience with national and international groups on value estimates of investments, intangibles and cash generating units, in compliance with IAS/IFRS.

He attended the Tax Law Master Degree at "Il Sole 24 Ore – 5^ edition" in Milan; he also obtained a post-graduate Master’s Degree in Transfer Pricing from the “Il Sole 24 Ore” Business School.

Graduated in Economy and member of Italian Tax Advisor Association and of Certified Auditor in Milan, he is also author of numerous publications and articles on tax matters. He participates as a speaker at conferences and training courses organized by companies and associations and teaches at the Tax Law Master organized by “Il Sole 24 Ore” and “IPSOA” Business School.

Mario sits in the Board of Statutory Auditors of several Italian and multinational companies.
