
Matteo Ziliani
Biografia
Matteo earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management from the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano, a trilingual university. During his academic studies, he gained initial professional experience by collaborating with a leading local firm, where he developed expertise in business and corporate advisory matters.
He subsequently continued his academic path at the Venice School of Management of Ca’ Foscari University of Venice, obtaining a Master’s degree in Global Accounting and Finance. His master’s thesis, entitled “Goodwill and Intangible Assets in Consolidated Financial Reporting under IFRS and US GAAP: Navigating Divergences Toward Global Accounting Harmony”, focused on the analysis of goodwill and intangible asset valuation in international consolidated financial statements. He currently collaborates with the university with the VSM Alumni community.
Matteo began his professional traineeship at the Firm, working with the Transfer Pricing and Business Valuation team, with a focus on corporate finance and valuation-related matters. He also collaborates as a contributor to the Osservatorio Riforma Fiscale.
