Biography
Monica carries out her professional activity in the field of corporate crisis law.
In particular, she deals with the management of insolvency proceedings, corporate restructuring, and special situations.
She assists companies in distress through the use of crisis and insolvency resolution tools.
She has gained extensive experience assisting professionals with assignments as receiver, commissioner and judicial liquidator in bankruptcies and judicial liquidations and composition with creditors at various courts.
By appointment of the Court, she serves as a Curator in judicial liquidation proceedings.
She holds a degree in Business Economics and Law from the Catholic University of Milan and has been qualified as a chartered accountant since 2018.
She is registered with the National Register of Business Crisis Managers and Court-Appointed Sales Professionals.
She earned a Second-Level University Master’s Degree in Crisis, Insolvency, and Over-Indebtedness – CrIS from the Catholic University of Milan.
