
Ombretta Dal Negro
Biography
Ombretta is a lawyer with extensive experience in commercial and corporate law, international and EU law, M&A transactions, competition law, restructuring, and entertainment law.
Throughout her career, she has advised Italian and international companies on commercial agreements, competition matters, corporate law and business relationships, gaining significant experience in proceedings before the Court of Justice of the European Union and the Italian Competition Authority (AGCM).
She has advised leading industrial groups on corporate acquisitions and other extraordinary transactions, the establishment of foreign subsidiaries, corporate advisory matters and litigation. She has also assisted companies, Extraordinary Commissioners, directors and managers in insolvency proceedings, extraordinary administration procedures and directors’ liability actions.
Ombretta has developed extensive expertise in cross-border transactions, with a particular focus on China and the Southeast Asian markets. Since 2013, she has served as an arbitrator at the Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission.
She has also served as a member of the Board of Alliance of Business Lawyers and of the Executive Board of the Lombardy Delegation of AIDDA – Association of Women Entrepreneurs and Business Leaders.
Ombretta regularly speaks at conferences and seminars in Italy and abroad on commercial and international law. She is also the author of legal articles on international law and entertainment law.
