Biography
Ottavia has been a member of the Labour Law and Industrial Relations Department since September 2026, following her admission to the Bar in Venice in July 2025.
She graduated from the University of Ferrara, where she wrote her degree thesis on criminal law and workplace safety, entitled “Reparative measures and workplace safety. The extinguishing mechanism for contravention”.
After graduating, she completed her legal training in Vicenza, collaborating with a law firm specializing in civil and criminal law.
