Biography
Paola has been collaborating with the Restructuring and Business Crisis Department.
She graduated cum laude in Law in 2024 from the Catholic University of Milan with a thesis in Italian Insolvency Law entitled ‘Negotiating Autonomy and majority principle in debt restructuring agreements’.
Prior to joining Morri Rossetti & Franzosi, she gained experience in the insolvency field in a big Milanese law firm, working in the NPL and UTP area whilst representing the creditor side in the insolvency procedures.
She is enrolled in the Register of Practitioners of the Milan Bar Association.
