Roberta Incorvaia

Biography

Roberta deals with Corporate Law, extraordinary operations and commercial contracts and gained extensive experience in corporate and debt restructuring.

She graduated with honors in Law from the University of Perugia and attended the postgraduate Law school program at the same university and an Ipsoa Master course in Extraordinary Operations.

She was first a lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the University of Perugia - Institute of Civil Law, and then at the Faculty of Economics and Business of the Università Cattolica in Milan - Institute of Commercial Law.
