Samantha Di Mauro

Biography

Samantha specializes in administrative law with particular regard to economic matters, urban planning, industrial construction and public contracts. She deals also with civil law, with regard to Public Administration, debt recovery and obligations arising from private contracts.

In particular, she deals with:

• the problems underlying the design, development of production activities and management of these activities (waste disposal and recovery, protection from water, atmospheric and noise pollution);
• the problems related to public procedures, also closed by the public-private partnership, for the purchase of public concession contracts, not of works, services and furnishings;
• the problems that arise during public contracts;
• the problems underlying the start of interventions on the territory, and related to the structure and territorial planning, at every level, both to the building activity.

Graduated with honors in Law at Università degli Studi in Milan, she obtained with the highest marks the Master's Degree in Environmental Law and Protection of the Territory, at the University of Niccolò Cusano in Rome. She also attended a Specialization course on the Government of the Territory, organized by the Italian Society of Administrative Lawyers.

She is member of the Milan Bar Association.
