Biography

Stefano works in the Restructuring and Business Crisis Department, specializing in insolvency proceedings and providing support to companies in crisis as well as over-indebted individuals.

He has extensive experience assisting professionals appointed as Trustees and Commissioners in judicial liquidations, bankruptcies, and unified proceedings, as well as Experts involved in negotiated crisis settlements.

Stefano also offered advisory services, contributing to the preparation of recovery plans within the framework of corporate crisis management tools and negotiated settlements.

He holds a master’s degree in Business Economics, Administrative Management, and Professional Practice from the University of Bergamo.
