Women leading the way: our Firm featured in “Pink Power” Report on Italian law firms

The presence of women in Italian law firms continues to grow, with an increasing number of female professionals taking on leadership roles within practice areas and contributing to the strategic direction of their firms.

This trend is highlighted in the report “Pink Power in law firms”, published by Italia Oggi Sette, which also features our Firm. According to the report, women represent 55% of our professionals and staff, reflecting our strong commitment to a diverse and inclusive professional environment.

The report also recognizes two of our lawyers: Federica Santonocito is mentioned among the leading figures in IP litigation in Italy in 2025, while Valentina Bianchin is included among the top professionals under 40, noted for her involvement in significant corporate transactions.
