Avv. Franco Guariglia joins Morri Rossetti & Franzosi as Of Counsel

With a career spanning over 40 years and extensive experience in the corporate sector, Avv. Guariglia strengthens the Corporate M&A team with his expertise in Corporate Law, M&A, corporate law, and governance.

He joined Barilla in 1982, rising to Group General Counsel and Chief Legal Corporate and Compliance Officer, then left the Group in 2021, remaining Corporate Secretary, Member of the Monitoring Committee and consultant.

In the course of his long-standing experience, Avv. Guariglia operated in Italy and abroad, gaining expertise in Civil-Corporate Law, Commercial Law, M&A, Agrifood, IP, Competition and Consumer Law, Compliance, International Trade Law (tariffs, anti-dumping, countervailing).
