Ferdinando Pastrello new HR Manager

Morri Rossetti strengthens the Human Resources Department with the entry, as HR Manager, of Ferdinando Pastrello, who will be responsible for the definition and development of the Firm's people management strategies. 

Working directly with the Firm's Partnership, the Manager will be in charge of coordinating and supervising all HR activities - including recruiting, retention, remuneration policies and internal procedures. He will be responsible for the definition, development and implementation of talent management projects and growth of the professionals' knowledge, as well as for the elaboration and management of transversal projects of managerial innovation and change management supporting the team leaders. 

Ferdinando will also be responsible for internal communication and team building activities at the Firm in order to create an even more stimulating and engaging environment.

The new HR Manager has over ten years of experience in HR Departments of major companies and international consulting firms, successfully managing the creation of the "HR and Organization" Function of a prestigious Milanese banking foundation. Prior to joining Morri Rossetti, he worked in consulting on projects involving temporary HR Management, Executive Search, organizational development, and managerial training.
