Morri Rossetti assists Convergenze S.p.A. in the issue of a 1 million-euro minibond subscribed by Unicredit

Morri Rossetti assisted Convergenze S.p.A. in the issue of a minibond for an amount of €1 million, subscribed in private placement by Unicredit. The issue is guaranteed by the Guarantee Fund for small and medium-sized enterprises.

Convergenze S.p.A. is a multi-utility company located in Campania (Italy) that provides TLC services and supplies energy and natural gas. The company was founded fifteen years ago to respond to the digital divide in Cilento, bringing broadband connectivity to areas not covered by this service - becoming a reference point at a territorial level. Over the years, the Company has expanded the scope of its business throughout the country and diversified its activities in the energy sector.

Thanks to this operation, Convergenze will be able to implement the company's expansion and growth plan, which includes the extension of its own fibre optic network (FTTH) and the increase in the number of Energy customers, both locally and nationally. In addition, the Company intends to further enhance its business proposition by becoming a mobile virtual operator and entering the IOT market. Convergenze will evaluate growth opportunities for external lines through possible acquisitions of other territorial TLC operators in neighbouring areas.
