Morri Rossetti with ACP SGR
in the investment of the Sustainable Securities Fund
Morri Rossetti assisted Alternative Capital Partners SGR (ACP SGR) in the investment of the 'Sustainable Securities Fund' (SSF), worth a total of EUR 5 million, in the renewable energy generation sector.
SSF is a fund dedicated to financing new infrastructure to support Italy's energy transition in the renewable energy, energy efficiency and circular economy segments.
Specifically, SSF has invested in two companies, Fotosintesi S.p.A. and its subsidiary U.E. S.p.A., owner of 25 photovoltaic plants already in service. The main objective of the operation is to finance the revamping of the plants, which will allow an important recovery of production capacity and a contribution in terms of reduction of CO2 emissions of 4,380 t/year.
Morri Rossetti supported ACP SGR in all the legal aspects of the transaction; the firm acted with a team coordinated by partners Stefano Morri and Roberta Incorvaia, comprising, among others, lawyers Maria Paola Murdolo, Valentina Bianchin and Massimiliano Sabini.
Fotosintesi SpA was assisted for the legal aspects by the GLR law firm with a team consisting of partners Giulio Rossetto and Alessandro Lamberti, assisted by lawyer Marco Nagar.
