Morri Rossetti & Franzosi strengthens the ‘Observatories Project’: the IP Observatory is now live

Morri Rossetti & Franzosi further enhances its ‘Observatories’ project - a series of specialized knowledge-sharing portals - with the launch of the new IP Observatory, bringing the total number of active Observatories to twelve.

The initiative aligns with the ongoing strengthening of the Firm’s IP practice, a process that began last February with the arrival of Professor Mario Franzosi and his team. One of Europe’s leading experts in the field, Professor Franzosi has played a significant role in shaping modern standards for the protection of IP rights. The introduction of the new Observatory reflects and amplifies his approach, transforming his experience and method into structured editorial and analytical content.

Coordinated by Avv. Federica Santonocito, Partner, the new portal aims to serve as an authoritative and dynamic point of reference in the field of Intellectual and Industrial Property. It provides regulatory and case-law analysis, doctrinal insights, and perspectives on market trends within both the Italian and European legal frameworks. Through a technical and business-oriented approach, the team offers practical tools to navigate the complexities of IP law, supporting professionals and companies in the protection and enhancement of intangible assets.

Among the first initiatives of its kind in the Italian legal market, the ‘Observatories’ project stands out as an editorial platform that promotes the integration of multidisciplinary expertise around specific themes. Its objective is to deliver highly specialized, vertical content that meets the evolving needs and expectations of clients. The Observatories act as catalysts of intellectual contributions, reinforcing the Firm’s positioning as a fully integrated, multi-specialist practice.

With the launch of the new IP Observatory, the project now includes twelve active portals, featuring more than 1,000 published professional insights and over 500,000 unique visitors in the past year. As part of a multichannel strategy, each Observatory is also supported by a dedicated LinkedIn page, collectively engaging more than 30,000 followers.
