Morri Rossetti firm assisted the Dulcis Group, a Sardinian company with a long family tradition, in the acquisition of the historic "Caffè Tramer" in Cagliari, in business since 1857.
The transaction was part of the Dulcis Group's expansion strategy in the world of haute patisserie, with the aim of combining technological innovation and confectionery tradition.
Morri Rossetti firm acted with a team composed by Giuseppe Francesco Bonacci, Avv. Edoardo Tosetto and Dr. Stephan Daniel Cascone, taking care of all the legal aspects of the sale and purchase, including the drafting of all the deeds and contracts prodromal to the deed of sale.
The old Swiss Offelleria, with its famous meringues, already known to illustrious palates such as Gramsci and Riva, has been a recognised point of interest in the local gastronomic scene for more than a century and a half. Thanks to Elisa Todde, founder of the Dulcis Group, the 'Caffè Tramer' will continue its activity, maintaining its century-old tradition and uniqueness.
