Ombretta Dal Negro joins Morri Rossetti & Franzosi as Of Counsel

Morri Rossetti & Franzosi is pleased to announce the appointment of Avv. Ombretta Dal Negro as Of Counsel, further strengthening the Firm’s expertise in the areas of commercial and corporate law, M&A, competition law, international law and corporate restructuring and insolvency, with a particular focus on the needs of companies operating in the Far East.

Throughout her career, Avv. Dal Negro has developed extensive experience advising Italian and multinational companies, assisting them with M&A transactions, commercial agreements and business relationships, as well as proceedings before the Italian Competition Authority (AGCM) and the Court of Justice of the European Union.

She also has significant expertise in insolvency proceedings and extraordinary administration, having been appointed by the Bankruptcy Division of the Court of Milan and having advised Extraordinary Commissioners of major companies undergoing financial distress.

Avv. Dal Negro has served as an arbitrator at the Shanghai International Arbitration Commission and has long worked in international contexts, with specific expertise in business relations with China and Southeast Asia. She has also served on the governing bodies of the Lombardy Delegation of AIDDA (Association of Women Entrepreneurs and Business Leaders) and ABL (Alliance of Business Lawyers).

Her arrival at Morri Rossetti & Franzosi also marks the continuation of a long-standing professional relationship with Prof. Mario Franzosi, with whom she has worked since the 1980s, when they jointly led the law firm of which they were both name partners.
