Pacchiarotti and Di Alberto new Equity Partners
Morri Rossetti & Franzosi has announced the promotion of the lawyers Fabrizio Pacchiarotti and Alberto Di Alberto to the position of Equity Partner. The appointments reflect the Firm’s ongoing growth strategy, which prioritises the strengthening of internal teams and the recognition of professionals who have played a key role in the firm’s development and in building strong client relationships.
Pacchiarotti, who joined the firm in 2003, heads the Tax Litigation department. He specialises in advising clients during tax audits, assessments, and the management of tax disputes. Over the years, he has handled numerous high-profile cases on behalf of Italian companies and multinational groups, earning a strong reputation in the field of tax litigation.
Di Alberto, who has been with the firm for over ten years, specialises in Commercial and Corporate Litigation. He advises Italian and international companies in disputes concerning procurement contracts, sales agreements, commercial leases, distribution, and unfair competition. He also serves as an arbitrator in complex proceedings. Over time, he has developed substantial expertise in managing highly complex litigation matters.
