Emanuele focuses his activity on employment law, providing Italian and foreign clients with either out-of-court or litigation assistance. He gained experience in all the most important fields related to employment law and industrial relations, dealing also with management equity investments and incentive schemes for employees. 

Before joining the Firm in March 2022, Emanuele cooperated with the Industrial Relations Department of one of the leading Italian banking groups and worked for two important Italian multi-practice law firms based in Milan. Later on, he worked in one of the main Italian Employment Law boutiques, becoming a Partner of the firm and responsible for the assistance to the foreign and multinational clients, as well as for developing and managing the firm’s international network.

He has attended the Radboud Universiteit of Nijmegen (The Netherlands) in 2009 and graduated cum laude at L.U.I.S.S. Guido Carli University of Rome in 2010. Later, in 2014, he earned a Master’s degree in Law and Economics from Bologna Alma Mater University and, in 2015, the European Master in Law and Economics (LL.M.) from Hamburg University and the Master of Laws from Haifa University.

He is admitted to the bar (Ordine di Milano) since 2014. He is a member of the European Employment Law Association (EELA) and the International Bar Association (IBA).
