Ferdinando Pastrello

Biography

Ferdinando is General Manager at Morri Rossetti & Franzosi, where he works in close collaboration with the Partnership on matters of governance, performance and strategic priorities.

With over 15 years’ experience in highly complex environments, he has developed an integrated approach to general management, organisational development and people leadership. 

He led the establishment of the HR & Organization function at "Fondazione Cariplo", having previously gained significant experience at EY and the European Institute of Oncology.

Within our Firm, he oversees operational management, staff functions and key organisational processes, ensuring consistency in the alignment between decision-making levels and colleagues. 

He is responsible for people management and development - from recruitment to remuneration policies and career pathways - promoting the adoption of digital solutions and artificial intelligence across professional practices and support functions.
