Biography

With over ten years of experience in the Human Resources departments of leading companies and international consulting firms, Ferdinando has held positions of responsibility in the definition of people management policies, organizational development, and managerial innovation processes. He led the establishment of the “HR and Organization” function at a prestigious Milan-based banking foundation and has carried out management consulting activities in areas such as organizational strategy, change management, and leadership development.

Within the Firm, he works in close coordination with the Partnership, ensuring full alignment between strategic vision and operational management. He guarantees continuity, consistency, and effective coordination between decision-making levels, corporate functions, and all team members, promoting a shared culture that recognizes people as the driving force behind the Firm’s growth and competitive positioning.

He supervises and coordinates all activities related to the HR function, including recruiting, retention, compensation policies, organizational development, and management of internal procedures.
