Francesco Daniele Di Donato

Biography

Graduated in Law from the University of Bari, Daniele later obtained a Master's Degree in Tax Law at Ipsoa Wolters Kluwer.

He has gained extensive experience in leading Italian legal and tax firms in tax advice, due diligence and regularization of capital held abroad.

He operates mainly in tax litigation, successfully participating in the settlement of important tax disputes and provides qualified assistance to individuals and companies in their relations with the financial administration in relation to litigation procedures and tax audits, preventive agreements and appeals.

From 2018 he collaborates with the National Association of Chartered Accountants for the organization of courses concerning tax matters.

He is member of the Milan Bar Association.
