
Giorgio Maria Di Nicolò
Biography
A manager with over twenty years of experience in marketing and communication across various sectors, including telecommunications, energy, and professional services.
Since 2014, he has been responsible for all marketing, communication, and business development activities at the Firm.
Prior to joining Morri Rossetti & Franzosi, he worked at Ipsos (a French multinational), managing image consultancy and reputation management projects for some of the most prominent Italian corporates, as well as for private equity funds and key players in the banking and financial sectors.
He later joined the ENOI Group (a European energy company), where he served as Head of Marketing and Communication. Among other initiatives, he oversaw the launch of Group NewCos targeting end clients in Italy and Germany, and managed the brand identity and market entry of two new energy-sector companies - one focused on trading, the other on advanced B2B software services. He led all marketing and both institutional and commercial communication efforts, and coordinated special projects such as the creation of B2B digital gas & power marketplaces in the trading and wholesale segments, as well as the relaunch of proprietary software tools for commercialisation.
Over the years, he has developed several dozen brand identities, including their digital presence.
Giorgio has received multiple awards in the field of legal marketing: Advertising Team of the Year (2022), Knowledge Manager of the Year (2023), and Advertising Manager of the Year (2024).
He has also delivered lectures and talks at several Milan-based universities (IULM, Bicocca, and Cattolica) on topics including Reputation and Legal Marketing. He created a semiotic-based brand analysis system—a proprietary methodology for strategic brand positioning assessment.
He graduated in Economics and Business from the University of Milan, and then specialised in Marketing and Communication through a course in Marketing & Account Management at the Academy of Communication in Milan.
