Giulia Castelli

Biography

Giulia operates in the TMT and Data Protection Department, with a focus on the regulation applicable to the telecommunication’s sector.

Prior to joining Morri Rossetti, she did an internship in the Business Department of a multinational television broadcasting company, dealing with contractual compliance.

Graduated in Law at the University of Rome 'La Sapienza' with a thesis in comparative public law entitled 'Privacy and national security in the United States and Europe', she studied, as part of the Erasmus program, two semesters at the University of Vienna.

She also won the 'Erasmus plus traineeship' scholarship, thanks to which she worked for the international law department of the same University, dealing with research in the field of human rights and fundamental rights.

After graduation, she attended the specialization course on European Regulation 679/2016 at the University Luiss Guido Carli in Milan.
