Mauro Boldarin
Biography
Mauro works in the field of insolvency law and corporate crisis, with experience also in litigation and contracts related to situations of corporate difficulty. He assists debtors and companies in preparing appeals and accessing crisis resolution tools, including in the area of over-indebtedness.
He holds a Master's degree from LUISS University in “Business Law” and is currently attending a Master's program at the University of Bergamo in “Business Crisis and Corporate Restructuring.”
After graduating in Law from the University of Cagliari, he gained professional experience at law firms in Milan. He is a member of the Tempio Pausania Bar Association.
