Labour Law and Industrial Relations

We have extensive experience, in- and out-of-court, in labour and trade union advice, particularly in the industrial, commercial, banking, insurance, financial and logistics sectors. We support Clients in their day-to-day needs as well as in extraordinary transactions and in the administrative, payroll, tax, and social security management of employment relationships.

We provide prompt and constant support to Clients, both in their day-to-day needs and during extraordinary transactions and related trade union consultations. We draft non-competition agreements, confidentiality agreements, company policies and any other regulations that govern the legal aspects of labour relations (e.g., privacy protection and 231), protecting both the rights of companies and their workers.

The department also collaborates with the Firm’s other departments and, in particular, with the Corporate M&A department.

We advise companies and individuals in the negotiations necessary to establish and manage employment relationships (including, for example, the drafting of incentive plans and stock options), and in their termination and any subsequent litigation.

The Department’s professionals have extensive experience in all types of labour disputes (from the typical dismissal of employees to, for example, agency contracts) and can represent Clients in both higher and lower courts.
