Massimiliano Poppi appointed as Judicial Administrator of Fema Cooperative

Massimiliano Poppi, following the provision of the emergency judicial control on the Fema Cooperative ordered by the Public Prosecutor's Office of Milan, was appointed Judicial Administrator of the company.

According to the assignment, Mr Poppi will monitor compliance with the rules and conditions of workers. The intervention of the Public Prosecutor's Office focuses in particular on workers' salary levels.

The Fema Cooperative provides staffing for events and museums, facility management and security services, employing over 700 workers. Among its clients, all of whom are uninvestigated, are important cultural institutions of international relevance, such as the foundations of the Teatro alla Scala, the Piccolo Teatro, the Società dei Concerti, the Symphony Orchestra and Choir, the National Museum of Science and Technology, as well as the Philharmonic Orchestra of La Scala and the Milan Trade Fair.

This assignment follows the recent appointment - successfully concluded - as Judicial Administrator of the cooperative 'Servizi Fiduciari' (Sicuritalia Group) and of 'Battistolli Servizi Integrati' (BSI), for which the Public Prosecutor's Office carried out a similar intervention.
