
Giulia Romanelli
Biography
Giulia is a highly skilled lawyer specializing in industrial and intellectual property law, with extensive expertise in both litigation and advisory cases. She provides strategic legal support to SMEs and multinational corporations, handling complex disputes and transactions in the technology, design, and luxury sectors, both domestically and internationally.
She assists Italian and European companies with intellectual property litigation and non-contentious matters in China.
Giulia earned her Law degree from the University of Brescia. She began her career with a formative internship at the Specialized IP Section of the Court of Milan, further developing her expertise in IP litigation and legal advisory at a leading Milanese Firm, where she worked from 2018 to 2024, most recently leading the Shanghai branch of the firm.
Giulia is admitted to practice law before the Milan Court of Appeal and is an accredited representative before the Unified Patent Court (UPC).
Giulia is a speaker at international conferences across Europe and Asia. She is a member of AIPPI, where she sits in the Standing Committee for Intellectual Property and Sustainability, and of LES. Additionally, she serves as a mentor for B4i – Bocconi for Innovation, the startup accelerator at Bocconi University.
