Depreciation of wind and photovoltaic plants: what rate applies?

Wind and photovoltaic plants: is it possible to apply the 9% depreciation coefficient? The issue arises in relation to the Ministry of Economy’s answer at the question time of 22 September 2016, which totally goes against the conclusions reached by the Italian Chartered Institute of Taxation under the Norma di comportamento no.197 of 2016.

According to the Ministry, the application of a 9% uniform rate would bring negative effects on tax revenue as regards the increase of the rate itself, as well as the fact that all new photovoltaic plants would benefit from the huge depreciation.
