Biography

Andrea is an experienced lawyer who mainly works on complex business transactions and corporate and commercial issues. He also has significant experience dealing with regulatory and commercial sports law issues.

After graduating in law, he collaborated with boutique law firms. Between 2010 and 2018, his M&A activity mainly focused on transactions in China; between 2016 and 2022, he first joined and then headed the corporate and commercial law department of an Italian long-standing law firm with offices in Milan and Rome.

Over the last years, he attended several executive courses, among which: “M&A Structuring and Leading Deals” at Harvard Law School (USA), Financial Accounting” at Harvard Business School and “M&A: Concepts and Theories” conceived by The New York Institute of Finance online.

Since 2012, he has been among the speakers at the “Business and Law in China” course at the Confucius Institute of the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, focusing on direct investment and IPR protection in China.
